Have you ever had a brush with death?

Fate has stepped in for me a couple of times now which has saved my life both times. Once when my cousin was going to ask me to go with her to see her Grandmother. I would have been in the back seat of her car. Something came up and I couldn't go with her. She was hit up the back of her car by a truck when she did a u-turn on a highway. The entire back part of the car was squashed into the front seats. She was in hospital for months. I would have been dead for sure. Another time my uncle was about to turn right at night. He stopped for no reason at all. There were no cars to give way to. Suddenly two cars flew up either side of the car with no lights on. They were drag racing. If he had turned we'd have been wiped out. What about you guys?
