Should the Death penalty be brought again in all countries?

So what do you think, that will maybe lower the overwhelming crimes in the world, and make people think three times before doing an insolent things. There are still countries with death penalties, maybe that will prevent people from doing bad things? Even minor crimes like robbing a store, picking pocket should be threatened with death so people will be afraid to do a no matter what crime. Some states here in USA still have the death penalty, but others don't. What do you think, should the death penalty be brought by the law in all the countries in the world? Maybe the world would be more peaceful to live in. I think such punishment should be brought, but only for strict crimes like: rape murder, terrorist attack where a big amount of people die e.t.c.
