Proper diet and exercise. Adequate sleep. More water. Be more patient. Patience and motivation is the main ingredient in losing a weight.

Hello! I have used this formula that did wonders for me. Take a cucumber, lemon, bitter gourd, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Blend it and strain it. Have it before you go to bed. It will detoxify your body and will help losing weight naturally. I had it for 40-45 days with 15-20 min exercising and lost 4 kg without any dieting.

If you want to lose weight you have to watch what you eat. You also have to be physically active. Exercise. Run. Join a gym. Cut down on your carbs. Avoid sweets and sugar. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink more tea and water.

There are some great apps out there which could really help you...my fitness pal, map my run, strava. There's also a lot of websites like fitness blender or you tube fitness videos which could help. Diet is also a big deal when it comes to losing weight but take small steps and your soon notice the weight drop off :)

I suggest eat food only when you are hungry. Try not to eat late at night. Exercise an hour after you eat. Balanced diet is good instead of over eating everything or other food that has no nutritional value.

Thank for the idea. But I am afraid I can't do the "not to eat late at night". Since may work is graveyard.

Well it is going to take more than a few days to see or feel a change. It takes 4 weeks for you to see the changes, 8 weeks for family and friends, and 12 weeks for everyone else to see it. You have to keep going and stop giving up. The more you quit the more you have to start over. You should stop drinking sodas, don't eat fried foods, don't eat too many sweets, and try to avoid prepackaged foods. Walk or workout at least three days a week. Drink A LOT of water. Take the time to learn about food and nutrition and learn to eat healthy foods and learn about moderation and portion sizes. Everything is moderation is okay.

My first point would be to be patient. Any diet where you lose weight immediately is generally not good for you; your body takes a little bit of time to adjust to a new diet, so your weight could even go up initially if you change your eating habits completely. Be patient, give it a couple of weeks and you should see some weight loss.
Secondly, supplement the diet with exercise. It doesn't have to be strenuous, just go for a walk (try out Pokemon Go!) or even do some yoga.
My last tip would be DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. If you're hungry, have a glass of water. If you still feel hungry then it's your body telling you that it needs food. If you ignore that and just starve yourself then yes, you might lose weigh, but it will go right back up as soon as you start to eat again.
Good luck!
