Gender Similarity Woman and Man

Since long time ago, the topic about gender similarity is always to be sensitive topic and often appear controversy. Many people ask, if gender similarity can be achieved, or the man always more superior than woman? In my opinion, sililarity of gender must be achieved and the discrimination of gender should be eliminated. My reason, man and woman have same human right and same opportunity in life and work. As long as i know, the gender discrimination is still happen in work world. Some people sayt that what ever they do is not gender discrimination, instead of that human as a woman. If the woman want to fight for gender similarity, they have to ready lost their own majority, where the man look that the woman is the woman as human must be protected. So the woman have to ready also to do all kind of the job include the job need hard physic. The unique, there are some man yel because they want gender similarity also. For example, if there is rape case by man to woman, it is regarded as big crime. But how if there is a man faped by woman?. Or if a man lick a woman is regarded as persecution but how if the happen is on the contrary?. Any other opinion about my discuss?.
