@ashkd4 You are correct. Real men don't. But not just men, but any normal human would think twice before harming another. Some men are also victims of domestic violence, not just by fellow males but also by females. You think a 50 pound woman can't beat a 35 pound man? She can pummel him and tell others that she tried to rape him. A lot of people will believe that. But will they believe that the man was attacked by a woman? Yeah right.
Still, I'm not saying that rape victims aren't innocent. I'm just saying that a woman, especially one who is mischievous, may successfully frame any man using the kind of laws we have now. And that females can also cause harm to males despite what pop culture shows.

@Tierkreisze But it's much more than that. Where I come from, the rules are different for men and women. Women can't stay out beyond a particular time. Women can't chose who they'd like to marry. Women can't chose when they can have a baby - a baby they will have to nurture for 9 months and raise for the rest of their lives. Abuse is only one side to it. Feminism is also about having a choice.

@skysnap That isn't feminism, that's misandry. A lot of misandrists falsely label themselves as feminists, but the whole point of feminism is to fight for equality; the only reason that it was called feminism and not equalism is because at the time the movement started women we so hugely oppressed that it was a point of getting more rights for themselves (right to vote, right to work, right to attend university, things we take advantage of in modern day) to close the gap. Women are still very oppressed and seen as less than men, so the movement is still feminism. The only reason that that's become a bad word is because of the misandrists that don't see they're taking things too far and completely negating the point of the whole movement.
