Is sleep really for the weak?

So I just woke up from a three hour nap after being awake for most of the night to tidy and start packing my room for the move on Saturday. My sleeping pattern is always terrible, but this one has to take the cake really.
What ways do you know to get yourself a good night's sleep? Or alternatively, how do you pull seven all-nighters in a row? TELL ME YOUR SECRETS! :)

I think we all have our own sleep patterns.I know a friend who needs a straight 8 hour sleep.Whereas I can have it broken up.

If I break mine up then I'll just be asleep all day because I have no control over my life :') But honestly, my sleep pattern has never been regular at all, it changes pretty much daily; I suppose it's not really much of a pattern at all.

I sleep as early as 7 pm and wake up at 4 am for work. I only take 2 cups of coffee for the whole day. I drink them in the morning before I start working. I don't take naps. Also, I read when I arrive home from work. I always set my alarm clock at 4 am.
I follow the same sleeping and waking up schedule even during weekends so that I won't have difficulty waking up early on Monday morning.
Lastly, I'm not the gadget/phone/TV type. I only use my phone as an alarm clock. I don't watch TV at night. I don't open my laptop when I arrive home from work. All these help me sleep early.

I can't drink coffee. The taste and the smell both just make me feel ill. I did go through a phase where I just couldn't stay awake without an energy drink every few hours, but (for the moment) I'm past that.
Haha, honestly I would be going to sleep just when you woke up :')

That right there is a very accurate statement. I'm so far from healthy at this point it's unreal (my housemate keeps yelling at me because I legitimately forget to eat and she has no idea how I survive on as little sleep as I do).
I'm sorry to hear about your depression. I hope that you're doing okay now, even if you're not completely past it yet :)

I haven't gotten good sleep for past weeks. I think got to do with stress. But last night I slept good it was a good feeling and to wake up refreshed. I normally try to sleep at 11:30 p.m. But somehow I wake up couple of hours later. 8 hours sleep I really need perhaps make myself really tired then a good 8 hours sleep definitely.
