Whats Wrong with being Single????

July 26, 2016 12:48pm CST
When a woman turned 30 unmarried or not in-a-relationship most of the time people keep asking questions like "Why are you Single?" and that question when being asked multiple times in a day up to the following days it gets annoying, its like those people who are in a relationship or married are saying there's something wrong with you. Is having someone a strong requirement to remain alive?

Tell me about it. I am guy in 30s and single. I get all sort of questions thrown at me. Some even doubt my sexuality. Some make weird faces. And lot hell. I wonder why people can;t be single if they came into this world single and die single?

I like being single since I fear not being faithful to my better half if I was married since I cannot prevent birds from flying over my head but I will have a hard time preventing them from landing nest on my head.

I been asked by the relatives of when I'll get married. It gets really annoying and redundant. Nothing is wrong being single as long as you are happy, set your own rules, pretty much it's a given choice to be single and its a great feeling ever to be free to do what you like.

It really does gets annoying when people kept asking that same question over and over. I don't even like seeing some of my friends who's doing the same coz i get tired of answering.

It is nothing wrong to be single. Actually not everybody is so lucky to find another part. True love doesn't come easy. Others seem to care about you but actually it is a kind of gossip.

I would say "because I am happy.". Or I would simply smile and look at them without answering the question and let the person feel awkward and ignored

After been engaged for 3 years, I start to miss single days, those days with freedom, and you can sleep as you can, you can go out with buddies for basketball playing, and you can leave your clothes away and wash them when you want. And I think the worst thing for single is that you are going to be not single anymore, but if you decide to single forever, dont give a sh** to those keeping asking you the annoying questions.

That's because they think that you are going to have a hard time to get a husband or even have kids since you're already 30 and that people normally have a family at that age. However, remaining single at 30 is alright as long as you want to be single.

I'm in my early 30s. No one attempted to ask me that question probably because of my intimidating, mean and expressionless look.

People enjoy poking their nose in everybody's life. Just ignore them and be yourself.
