Time is a concept that humans have created.

A person’s age isn’t important as much as his attitude. A 90 year old person may be more jolly and exciting to be around that an 18 year old.
It all depends on your outlook towards life, towards people around you, your mood and your self confidence.
I know a few people who are over the age of 70 but they are livelier than most people I know who are less than 25 years of age. It is definitely ironic but that’s how it is. Age and time is just something that we humans have created and brought about. Who really cares if a 25 year old girl marries a 21 year old boy or vice-versa. It is all about your attitude and how you take it. Age is just a number. Time is just merely something that passes by.
Life is what you make of it.

I agree. I have always said that age is just a number like you do. I replied to a discussion the other day about being too old to do things like watching cartoons, ect. I for one am not going to let my age keep me from doing what I enjoy.

Yes, old people who have had a good and productive younger days tend to be more happy. Actually we are in age where, most development happened only in the 30 yrs or so, before the younger generation actually had less of stress and they concentrated more on work. The old people are just enjoying their fruits. We can also be happy if we start paying less attention to fancy dreams and start realizing our goals and aims in life.

I've read some interesting info - in the ends of our DNA there ar Telomeres, that become shorter when we age.. But it is possible to reverse the shortening and become younger! Certain foods can help.. Dr Al Sears is writing about this, so Why not search and see what he says?

Yes, life is what we make it! I'm 67 but I wouldn't mind keeping my brain the way it is but I would happier if my body had the energy and looks of when I was 30.

Humans didn't create time. For all of us, time was here when we got here. Everybody has a beginning and an end, a date of birth and a day to die. That's their timeline. But I agree with you. Life is all about your attitude. But we have no control over time. If I could I would have stopped my kids from growing up. That way I'd still be able to enjoy them. But they grow up and leave! Boo hoo! That's one smiley face for each kid. 5 boys, 6 girls.

Aww thats lovely. 5 boys and 6 girls? Amazing! If i had the option to stop time or be in control of time, id bring my mother back. She passed away 4 years ago to cancer. I am just 30 and not even married. Miss her to bits. Time does nothing. It just moves on.

At my age I really like the concept that you write about here. I am fortunate to be in excellent physical and mental health.
