Do you care much about your sleeping position?

I don't! And what you see in the photo is my most comfortable sleeping position.
I've read articles saying that if you sleep on your sides, you'll develop wrinkles. So always sleep on your back. But I don't care, coz I couldn't sleep that way! So yes I have wrinkles, but I'm at that age where I'm supposed to get one or two, a few, or a lot already!
What's your most comfortable sleeping position?

I think most people find it most comfortable to be sleeping on their sides instead of sleeping lay flat on their back. Sometimes I try to but I always revert back to my most comfortable sleeping position.

I also sleep on my right side. I could not sleep like that on the photo because I feel like it makes me hard to breathe.

@annierose I feel the same, and your neck would be bent at an awkward angle.

Yeah most people just feel comfortable lying on their sides than flat on their back.

@toniganzon I really can't sleep flat on my back.
It seems that I cannot breath properly if I am on that position.

My mother has a big crease down between her face and ear due to sleeping on her side all the time. I have a small crease like that started in front of my earlobe now as well. I am trying to sleep on my back more to prevent it getting worse.

@toniganzon The eyelashes on my left eye are shorter I bet that too is due to sleeping on my left side all the time.
I tend to snore on my back.

@toniganzon Mine are unnecessarily big so sometimes it's just very uncomfortable to be on my front, and then on those nights they feel heavy so being on my side is just as bad :')

I sleep in the fetal position at the end of the best most nights because my fiancé & 10 month old baby take up most of the bed haha But seriously I sleep in just about any position and I'm totally comfortable. :) All this sleep talk has me wanting to take a nice nap. zzZZ

Oh, do you feel any pain in doing so? I find comfort in that and my back has to be supported by a pillow too.

I sleep on one of my sides. There is no way I could sleep on my back. I have a bad back and if I sleep on it, it goes to hurt so bad. Plus, I would get up so stiff I could hardly move. Wrinkles is part of the aging process and really I do not think there is no natural way to avoid them.

I'm not sure if this is fact or fiction, but I hear that sleeping on your left side helps digestion. And then I heard sleeping on your right side puts less strain on your heart. I just sleep in whatever position I fall asleep in, who can really make a conscience effort to comfortably sleep in a certain way all the time?

@enlightenedpsych2 mentioned sleeping on our left side helps the heart.
I start on my right side actually and I move a lot in my sleep so it's left, right, left, right for me.
