My daughter was watching cartoons this morning and it had me thinking about what I used to watch.. What were some of your favorite shows or characters from your childhood tv watching days? Here's a few of my favorites: Big Comfy Couch Gullah Gullah Island Captain Planet Rugrats Dexter The Jetsons Tom & Jerry The Surfs

I used to watch Tom and Jerry with my granda every weekend; it was our show and it's just not the same without him, but I'll always love it! Then of course Scooby Doo because what kid doesn't like Scooby Doo? (even if the newer versions are awful) Duckula was and is a favourite just for being so ridiculous As you can probably tell from my icon, I'm a HUGE Lilo and Stitch fan XD Might have to do some cartoon rewatching tomorrow...

Rugrats immediately comes to mind! Hey Arnold! Recess The Weekenders Ren and Stimpy (to some extent haha) Dexter's Laboratory (or Dexter like all you cool kids are shortening it to ;) ) Doug (Can't remember if that was the name of the show or just the name of the main character or both.. But whatever) And seriously so many more!

Scooby Doo was my favorite, along with Tom & Jerry! And although this came out when I was in high school, I have been watching the Simpsons religiously since the very first episode! lol
