before i got married, i was a wispy 95 pounds. now, after 3 kids, it's 112 lbs already. i know for some that's not much but for someone like me who is only 4'11" tall (hey, i'm a filipino, after all), that's a little on the heavy side. worst, the bulges are in all the wrong places! but, on second thought, it's all a frame of mind. even with all the extra weight i'm carrying, i still feel attractive! and my husband seems to think so, too. but just the same, i still go to the gym 1 hr. per day, mondays-fridays so nobody will accuse me of not taking care of myself.

dont worry about other peoples perceptions of beauty or fitness. if you think 112 is too much, then its too much.
i like to restrict my diet- i limit fats and oils, and i ingest more proteins and carbs for energy, esp before a workout. i don't eat sugars more than three times a week, and that really helps.
instead of juices and sodas, i try to drink as much water as possible.

i admire your discipline! i've tried cutting back on the carbs because they say it's what puts the bulge on the abdomen but it was only for a time because i can't live without rice. but i've done away with softdrinks for good! tnx or the advise!
