I have written many articles for yahoo voices many years ago while it was still on the internet. Actually I was doing it for fun and not making any money in the beginning except $1.60 for my first payment. Later on, it stopped to pay any people who lives outside USA and it was even worse for the international members. However, one day, I suddenly aware that one of my articles hit 200,000 per month which was pretty good for me at that time. And the best part of it being that many visitors starting o click on my affiliate link within the articles and sign up in one of my money making website like crazy. I also rent out some of my article space to others who wanted to get some referrals for their website for a few days as well. It was a very happy experience for me at that moment. However, after yahoo voices were gone few years ago, the opportunity for my earning like this was all gone. If you happened to know any website that may help me to increase my earning or just to drive traffic by affiliate links, just let me know . Many article websites are either not allowing any promotion of affiliate links or have a high standard in accepting articles today. Share with me if you have any good opinion regarding to this issue.

Why don't you start your own blog? You can create one free on Blogger and you'll be able to use affiliate links there.

@wildlittlefan The closest thing to Squidoo is probably HubPages, but I know that a lot of the former Squidoo members who moved their articles there weren't really that happy with the move. A brand new site which allows affiliate links is BlogBourne, but I have no idea yet whether it will be a success.

There are some serious websites where you can earn money in order to the quality of your articles. You may try textbroker, which is a site working as intermediary between authors and companies needing professional articles. To get a well income and requests, you will have to build up therefore a right reputation in that place. Textbroker is availaible in different languages. Check up yours.

@wildlittlefan I have just checked the website which you have mentioned about , The website states that they will only pay for US residents, so it has nothing to do with me since I am living in Asia. International sites for writing jobs are hard to find on internet except those freelance, elance and odesk sites which always full of competition.

If you are so particular about sharing your affiliate links then share it in social media, it may work out. Now I can' say at this moment other writing sites other than mylot is good. I just joined BlogBourne site few days back and I think it is okay for now. If you want you can also join

bitLanders never fail to pay me but they only pay VERIFIED users. I emailed them copy of my valid IDs. The site pay in Bitcoin last year but now payments are via Paypal or Payza.
