Am I being petty?

Pretty sure the answer is yes, but decide for yourselves. My downstairs housemate is a bit of a nightmare. Lovely person face to face, but not someone I would ever want to live with again. For the whole year she's played her guitar pretty much every day, the same three songs over and over again at all times of day, very loudly. It's starting to get on my nerves a bit (compounded by a lot of other things that have been going on involving her that I don't really want to get into) so today, every time I've heard her start playing, I've started blasting my music. Is that bad?

I move out on Saturday thankfully, it's just that I'm starting to run out of patience

No, it's just reacting. Years ago I had a neighbor who blasted his music and one night I blasted mine. He had the nerve to knock on my door looking all upset . I told him to call the police ...
