Canine good citizen testing

I am curtly working with a four yr old cattle dog mix. We just finished basic obedience and recall. Our next goal will be cgc class and testing. She is very sweet with everyone despite her cattle dog side and loves to visit. I'm wanting to see if she will be a good therapy dog. What are some of the things we should work on? What do they look for in testing?

cattle dogs tend to herd animals and need that drive or else they act up.
