Does bad day at Office pulls your Self confidence out ? or you get more stronger from it ?

I had a pretty bad day at my Office yesterday, i got scolded from my boss for the mistake which i dint commit ! It tried to pull confidence out .

It happens. Though it hurts me, I will keep silent since he is not the person who decides my calibre. Just ignore it.
