Benefits of yoga

Till today I haven't talked about it. I was very heavy and overweight few years back but I lost around 20 kgs with yoga and simple diet. From last 4 years yoga has made a house in my heart and I practice it daily.
Our ancestors have left a very beautiful and calming thing for us.Lets persue it and get benefited. Though a good training is required in the beginning but eventually when you start enjoying it and get used to it. It will start showing its results on you.

@sudhaoswami,I was weak and thin,so wanted to put on some wait.Yoga helped me.My weight has improved thanks to yoga.

Apart from weight management, it has other benefits too. It enhances metabolic system of body and keeps you active. It do wonders for sinus infection And allergies. Proper learning and training is must which can be taken through YouTube channels.
