Yes - 10!!!
I've made a terrible mistake when I went to shopping!
I bought a dozen egg and negated to package them properly into the shopping bag.
I went out to lunch then home.
It was only when I got home I realized 10 of them have their shells cracked open!
What should I do with them????

get a sieve to get rid of the shells and make pancakes or frittata out of them.

Scrambled eggs! Or add some diced potatoes or tomatoes to it.

@Drosophila I got to thinking that I didn't add that you freeze the OUT of the shell.

can you find recipes and videos online that use eggs that you can steam instead of bake?

@Drosophila because i read through the comments that you don't/can't bake. hope you find something and that it's a success.
i'm curious, though, how exactly did those 10 get broken.

You could scramble them all and then freeze them in portion sizes

You'll need to use them and I hope you already did since this was early this morning my time and it's just about midnight now. Scrambled eggs is a good option, baking with them is another. But you'll need to use them in a hurry.

I asked this question to my cousin and got the reply to go wash hair with it. Apparently it makes hair healthier, lustier, shinier. Whatever! I wouldn't do it. Can't take the smell at all. I think omelette should do fine.
