Long night.

Drank my first cup of coffee, and it is just past 7 here in the evening, i know i will gulp down few more, to keep me awake.
It will be a long night.
Tropical storm warning number 2, we are being battered.
No strong winds but rain had poured down heavily.
With that, have to do what i always.do.
Keeping stuff dry and put them.on higher place.
While typing this, i just checked the water and it is getting in the living room. Sigh.
Yeah, long night for me, for us here.
Just thankful that electricity hasn't turned off yet.

it was cloudy here in metro manila, but no rain yet. i hope the storm does not intensify and pass quickly, so those of you based in northern luzon will not be severely affected. it's hard when you live in a flood-prone area and i know you usually sleep early so i understand why you're drinking coffee.

@hereandthere they do..and.they have their selfish ways...have their houses elevated instead of have that part be dredge and maintained

@Lucky15 You know , i experienced that when hubby , myself and I were still living in their old house in the city .
When it rains , it will flood into the house about knee deep also sometimes . So all our furnitures were elevated with hollow blocks . 
But whenever it rains i would worry . 
Thankfully , the next years it didn't much anymore .
I hope it's okay now with you there .

We are always vigilant when it comes to typhoon. The scenario is not new to us. We've been through with it and we know what to do. I know you have prepared for this and it is an expectation. Hope that you and you're family are safe.
