Meaning behind my nickname Pinky

So I got the nickname Pinky my own long distant best guy friend. He nicknamed my Pinky because I decided to dye my entire hair completely pink. His nickname was blue because it was his favorite color but then he turned around one day and said "your new nickname is Pinky." Well, ever since then, it stuck. I like it anyways because its my favorite color. I got the nickname back in 2013 and now I have had it 3 years this year. Nice.
