I have just left school and begun my career life. But I found it is not an easy task to be a skillful worker, and I am just on the way. Lots of things are waiting there for me to learn.
As an intern, what relieves me is that the corporation gives me a one year period of time to learn the basic skills before formal working. One year is not too short, but also not too long, so I will make full use of this year to make myself richer and prepare for the coming work.
My duty will be auto parts designation. And I have one year to learn the production process and technology in the factories owned by the company. So, dear friends what kinds of advice will you offer to me?

I guess all of us just keep learning, whether or not we are fresh graduate or experienced. There are always new things for us to learn.
My advice is:
1) Keep learning
2) Do not afraid to ask questions (hope your colleagues or superiors are kind to teach you)
3) Try to help whenever you can, so you will learn more
4) Do not make assumptions - this is something I learned. Just ask to get confirmation, so mistakes can be minimized.
Good luck and happy learning!

Just learn what you can while on the job. It may be different from what you were taught in school.
