Two weeks ago ,we studied very hard to learn about class management .Now,I am free but I need more information about * teaching lesson plan of English * for middle school . Please,help me.

simple, read those books of teaching lessons and prepare yourself. If you want you can take internet help also

take frequent breaks on regular interval and you'd do better for sure.
