There are pillows that you could make and then stuff with old nylons or whatever. There is also a long sort of U-shaped thing that you put rice or beans in and you can warm it in the oven. It good for shoulder, neck, and surrounding area pain. These are great for gifts. Just some ideas that came to mind.

I like making bags, either out of large pieces of fabric or smaller ones sewn together in a patchwork style - no two are ever the same :)

if the fabrics're cotton, ya can make hot pads, place mats, mug rugs, etc outta those smaller pieces. i love makin' new outta the ol', with ol' worn out jeans bein' a fav 'f mine. when doin' those small pieces, jest decide'n a size 'f square/triangle 'r whate'er shapes ya need. sew yer pieces together 'n then cut those to the sizes needed. those patchwork projects remind me 'f the olden days, when nothin' 'twas wasted 'n they always turned out beautifully. if'n ya wish 'n can, jest keep sewin' 'em all together 'n then once ya get 'bout the size ya want, square't all off'n put a binder 'round 't. the possibilities 're virturally endless :) there's e'en some scrap buster videos'n youtube that could possibly inspire ya. best 'f luck!

@bunnybon7 yer welcome :) i've learnt that patterns 're jest a suggestion, lol. one's only truly limited by their imagination, though sometimes takes a bit'f practice to allow yerself that freedom.
