UPDATE! We got a new dog!

So instead of replying to everyone with the same message I thought I'd just make a new discussion. GOOD NEWS! We got the dog! Someone else showed up that was interested in the same dog so they ran a "lottery" for the dog. We were each given a ticket and then the people from the shelter held a drawing and luckily our ticket was drawn so we were able to adopt the dog! We are picking the dog up on Thursday because he has to go to the shelter's veterinarian and go through a full check up and get all of his shots. This is really exciting and I can tell that the dog really likes us. I'll be happy once he's HOME with us.
