its a hectic day!

its really a hectic day for me. i start my morning earlier than the other day and stuck in the office for many things have to done by today. i feel like stress on my mind and bad for my body. what you usually do to make tired and stress disappear?

Take a break when you're tired... Even a short break is better than just keep going to a point of exhaustion...

Too much stress isn't healthy. Meditating can help relieve stress. Try to find ways to relieve your stress. Be blessed.
