I guess that many of us here have had a first-hand or a 2nd hand experience being involved in a Network Marketing Company either for the products or the business. Millions are now involved with this kind of business, though at first, there are lots of negative reactions and comments. It's like Franchising when it first came out, many have lots of negative feelings, even to the point of making it illegal. Now, Franchising is one of the best business system.
In my early years, I didn't know how to determine a legal one from a scam. I was fooled twice, which led me to make a research about how to know if a Network Marketing company business is using a legal system or not. After my research, I joined one and it's now my 5th year in that company. I started as a user of its products, then move on to doing it part-time as a business. What's your experience?

There was one time I almost got fooled, good thing my former classmate didn't lend me money and told me it would be a disaster.

@ValueAdder No, I wasn't just cut out to it. Besides, there's just so many scams out there that I couldn't tell the difference anymore.

I hope you'll find time to really dig deep into legal and legitimate MLM, I know you'll be amazed what took you so long..

I understand you. When I was fooled twice, I thought the same as you. But I found out that when you found the true and legal one, you'll fall in love with it. I am an introvert too, but I'm glad I still joined and develop myself. What's good is that my sponsor really helped me so I wasn't alone.

@ValueAdder I am introvert and I failed in my life to convince people. So I am guessing MLM is doomsday for me if I try it. So staying few steps away from it. I'd focus on things I am good at right now because I don't want to do something that drains my money.

It promises way much more than it delivers. I have done many and the products are often overpriced and the claims are exaggerated. But it is a good way to market if one believes in the products.

I agree with you that there are some people who exaggerate their product or income claims. I learned that these kinds of people are not the professional type and we need to learn to be honest. That's how we can build a lasting organization in MLM or network marketing. If you find one, you are a blessed network marketer.

Some of them are too good to be true! I had negative experiences and lost some money from it. Lessons learned!

If I believe in the product and services and it produces results then I can persuade others in buying.
