How Will We Fight Zika

It appears Zika is now being spread in the United States and the blood supply in Florida is being tested for it. As it becomes wide spread, how are we going to fight it? If we don't take measures, we'll end up with a generation of disabled babies being born. A vaccine is in the works, but many, including myself won't take a freshly minted vaccine. Is mass spraying the solution?
