No more pokemon go

My daughter has been using the pokemon go app on her tablet whenever we are at places that have wifi. She enjoys it. Last night she told me that there was an update for it and now they it's not accessible on her tablet anymore. It won't work on my ipod of on my junky cell phone so I am feeling pretty bummed for her right now.

I hope your daqhter is able to access the pokemon update from her tablet soon. I haven´t played the game; however, I have read that it´s entertaining.

Yeh, I remember a news story about that-in some cases the game itself could be recovered, but the person's progress was wipped out and they had to go back to level 1:/

No it didn't shut down it just won't work any longer on her tablet after this newest update.

The update messed it up? Or she couldn't even update it? Mine woukdnt let me play until I updated it, but then I updated today and it took awhile but it's working now.

It worked before she updated it. Then it told her that this would no longer work on her tablet,
