Do you buy clothes online? If so, where?

Ok, so I am utterly fed up with my latest online purchase of a dress The colour is wrong, the size is too big. The refund process is "Ugr"!! I keep hearing there is a great online cloth retailer out there! But where? Do you buy clothes online? If so, where? Are you happy with your purchase?

@Drosophila eBay is good because if you have a brandthat you like and know what size you are in that brand you can find it.

I think for every three clothes, I get one wrong. lol. But I treat it as learning process. Finally, I will have a set that I will use for getting clothes stitched as I want. :)

Ah...ah...ah...old tradition. But, there are many good shopping malls in India also. you can try them comfortably. When I purchase in India I take a pair of good branded dress in Good Shopping Malls and keep them aside. Then I purchase cloth and give the purchased pair for measurement.

@shivamani10 .. I am of an odd size, so finding branded materials from standard shopping malls is a tough proposition. I do have issues with them. I mean, I don't feel comfortable in their changing rooms, I don't feel comfortable traveling there, and parking. Oh my god, parking is such a botheration. Selection is also limited. I feel guilty asking the lady to pull out and show something. It must be tiring job. So experiment with online purchases. If it suits, not bad. If it doesn't then also not bad. After all, I now know what does not suit me, and can steer clear of that. Whatever suits, I get them modified by local tailor and what do you know I am a fashionista. lol

I do, I love QVC, I rarely have to return anything. Once you figure out your size, their sizing is pretty consistent. It always pays to read reviews of any item to see what people are saying about size and color.

The first thing I ordered online was my swimsuit and that was from JC Penny. I don't know if they have that store in Ireland, though wouldn't be surprised if they did. My suit fits perfect. I haven't ordered any other clothes. That was my first.

Wrong color and wrong size lot complaints for online sites. One of my friend ordered a combo shirts for discounts. He get a dirty wrong colored one. But he managed to return the item and refund the money , but our time wastes while transaction pending.

If I buy clothes online I always make sure I am buying from an actual store like Walmart, jcpenny, Rue21, Belk, etc. I have been happy with all the purchases because I know these are really stores & I can go in the store myself & pick out what I bought online & it will be the same thing. There will be no surprises. A lot of people have been getting scammed by fake websites/stores online lately because the prices are so cheap. They order one thing and end up with something else. I mean yoy pay for what you get. Why do people think they are going to get a nice and well made dress, shirt, or shoes fpr really cheap when in stores or on a real website it cost about 5 times as more than what they paid for.
