Someday this man will be a cartoon... oh that's right, he already is!

Canada
August 6, 2016 6:47am CST
The news and the things that are happening in the US are funny and scary at the same time. Canada has joined the world in trying to make the US understand how scary this man is to the world. Funny - NOT at how many people actually think he wants to be president. The world seems to think he's doing this for publicity. I do too. At least I get to vote, and you can bet I will....not for this idiot. This political cartoon was in the Hamilton Spectator yesterday August 5th. There was another today I will post soon.
Editorial cartoon for Friday, August 5

I think he was insulted by Obama at a dinner where Obama roasted Trump. You should look it up on line and see the look in Trump's face. I believe he decided that night to put on the show he has during these last months.

I actually believe they are in cahoots. I thought my hubby was nuts when he said it, but he seems like he is trying to lose.

If he has a chance to win, I am going to sell all my US dollars before that this can become possible. I do not trust this man at all.

I think he was nominated because he is a television celebrity and those with no brains think he will do a bang up job!

I really don't care for either Trump or Clinton. Both of them scare me to think of what will happen if they are in office.

@PainsOnSlate You are so right, I think that Trump scares me the most. I'm afraid that he will pop off at the mouth and make someone angry and we will be at war with every country out there. I know that is a little dramatic but you know what I mean.

I look forward to the election and want to bet he quits before the election? I think his running is a joke, I don't believe he ever wanted the job, he just wants to show that he can do anything...He can't do it well but he is proving that stupidity runs in the Republicans...

I cannot imagine any political leader having to deal with him, he's just not sophisticated enough for such a mindful job-of course I don't know him and I am basing that comment on how he acts and what he says.

@PainsOnSlate I am keeping my fingers crossed, I feel sorry for them the first time that he opens his mouth as a president and insults a country that might not appreciate his "humour" and then what will happen.

Every time he opens his mouth something stupid comes out. Not very presidential. Keep your fingers crossed for the US.

Yes, the current Presidential race is very sad and scary all at once, pains... I am happy someone is providing the comedy to help lighten the mood! I do wish it wasn't one of the Presidential hopefuls, but someone has to do it!
President Obama mocks Donald Trump over birth certificate conspiracy, Celebrity Apprentice & his presidential ambitions!

@PainsOnSlate We must have watched the same program. I watched it on YouTube several hours ago. I tend to agree that he seems determined to lose the race, but he is also trying to make as much trouble for Hillary as he can, too. I am worried that someone will say/do something to make him try for the Presidency for real, at the last moment. If it actually comes down to him becoming President, I will probably hunker down and try to brave his reign out... What I'd like to be able to do though, is move somewhere else for the duration... of course, I would take Pretty with me, too... I am just not sure where to go to avoid all the crap he would stir up as President...

@DaddyEvil ...when I first saw this video I knew why he was running. He doesn't want to be president he just wants the world to know he could run for president. I turned on the TV while I had my breakfast yesterday (hubby was out of town) and a few ABC reporters were having a round about talk about The Trump. One question was if the election was today who would win and the answer was without a doubt, Hillary. Three or Four of the reporters said in different ways that it looks like Trump is trying to lose the election and never really wanted to be president in the first place.

I don't think he ever intended to be president. He manipulated his way to the nomination, now he's throwing the election. This man is no stranger to the media, and I don't believe he's as stupid as he looks. He has plenty of advisors telling him to shut his mouth. People said he would tone it down once he got the nomination, but he's only gotten crazier

I saw a video of Obama Roasting him at a dinner in the White House a couple of years ago. He was not a happy man that night and I believe that is why he is running. I don't think he wants to be president either, I think he's thumbing his nose at the US.
President Obama mocks Donald Trump over birth certificate conspiracy, Celebrity Apprentice & his presidential ambitions!

Yes, we get it, you hate Trump. No problem in that, but still. The problem I see is, what is the alternative? Hillary Clinton? She is completely dishonest, lacks any sort of technology focus (working in the tech industry, I can confirm that technology is so incredibly crucial to the future of the world), lacks any sort of cyber/internet defense understanding, etc. She's completely dishonest, has put America's national security at risk many times over. She is corrupt. Personally, I won't be voting. I never do, as it's not worth it to me. Taking a total time of an hour out of my day to go vote (waiting in line, driving, etc.), isn't worth it whatsoever to me. It's one vote, who cares. If I was voting, I would personally take a chance on Trump. Not that I support him in any way though.

You listen to the Republicans too much. Hillary is not a crook in my opinion. And yes, Trump is an idiot in my eyes, I'd rather have a president that can think before opening his mouth.
