NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

I am so ticked! I bought an electric leg shaver for women at Wal-Mart for $20. I didn't expect it to be the best, obviously as it was a cheaper one. However, it did not work at all! By that I mean, I ran it up my legs multiple times and it didn't take ANY hair off. What the !? I know $20 isn't much for most, but it's a lot to me! I was TICKED OFF! When I returned it, the lady asked me what was wrong with it and I said it didn't work. She asked if I would like to exchange it for another one? NOPE! I don't think it was just the one shaver, I think they would all be the same way. I will just get up some more money and invest in one for about $50, and I plan on getting one that is made for a man. For some reason, they seem to work better. I guess because they are made for thicker, courser hair.
