Neighbors moved out.... *Yay!*

The neighbors moved out a few days ago and I am thrilled! *Literally, jumping up and down* I hope the next set of renters there won't be worse!
Why?
• They literally smoke non-stop. I will always find myself shutting all the doors, windows and could never set foot outdoors because of the overwhelming smell. It was like second hand smoke for the past 6 months!
• They are noisy, lots of parties, guests over even after hours.
• That household was over populated for the amount of rooms, restrooms in the house.
• They had noisy cars.
• They did stupid things like play with fire out in front, they would grill with the flames higher than the fence.
(That's just to name a few)
We're glad they're out.... and fingers crossed the next set of renters will be a better one.

@SIMPLYD The community my boyfriend lives in has someone because its a HOA community (where there are rules you have to obey) but we don't know whose the head leader.

There is one neighbor who lives up the road who is not loud or noisy, but he and his wife are really odd.

@infatuatedbby Yes, there are other neighbors who think the same thing that we do about that couple. So, we all keep our eyes out about them.

You know I can relate 
! The "nice" couple is leaving this week - which leave us with the one guy who is actually decent - and the other crazy couple who probably will not leave. I hope your next set of neighbors turn out to be good ones . . . I'm sure no more bozos in the neighborhood would be greatly appreciated!!1 person likes this

@infatuatedbby In doing repairs, at least it must be nice to have some peace and quiet for the moment. A couple years ago we had some a crazy addict neighbor . . . when they finally booted her out and they started fixing up the place, they hauled out a lot of burned pieces . . . doors, couches, tables, bed headboard - all scorched - I can't even imagine how messed up it must've been inside!

Ah yes =) I know you're happy one couple is leaving, hopefully more will for you too! Thanks I hope so too. Right now they're doing repairs its been a week. They've lived here for only six months and it seems like they did a lot of disruption inside!

@much2say Ouch! I cannot imagine what one neighbor could do in the place....
They are still doing repairs. The family lived there for 6 months and it looks like a lot needs to be done.

@infatuatedbby We were that close back in New Jersey - I used to say that if the guy next store needed anything we could hand it to him out the window.

I hope so too!
The previous renters / neighbors only lived there for 6 months and the repair people have been working on the house for a week now. They must have done a lot of damage inside.

Reading your post, im glad for you they left.Im lucky never had any trouble neighbors before but i guess it`s down to forced order of conduct and people not being afraid to call cops on you.
I live in a large appartment block but even with windows open,you`ll not know there is anyone around.
