What's for dinner tonight? August 7 / myLot

What are you having this evening? I want to know! We were supposed to have an end pork roast the other night but it never happened so we are having it tonight. It is coated in Herbes de Provence and will be roasted in the oven. I'm going to saute some mushrooms that I have and also make some rice to go with it. There's some leftover cheesy squash casserole as well. That is more than enough for the two of us to have. That's what's going on the table here this evening. What are YOU having? Do tell!

no dinner tonight.We had a cookout this afternoon with the works.No appetite for dinner just pick up here and there. Enjoy the roast.

We had left over shepherd's pie I made Friday afternoon. My daughter's birthday was on Saturday so I made the meal Friday so she would have some to eat when she got home from work, and there's still enough for her work lunch tomorrow... I think.

Sounds wonderful. I eat in my room. We all eat different things usually. I had a bologna sandwich with a can of diced pineapple. I will have a yogurt and two oranges later tonight if I get hungry. I just finished a round of steroids and I stayed hungry.

Sounds good! I'm "making" Lloyd's bbq ribs and french fries tonight. And some veggies, haven't decided which. It's a lazy cooking night for me. Then after dinner, I think my mother and I will watch M*A*S*H*, which neither of us have seen for years. It was in a collection of video tapes my friend brought for me last weekend. It'll be fun to see it again
