Water leak ? Fixed (- $115) And, now ... Water heater problems? Fingers crossed it's nothing major! The hot water is out but the gas is working fine and there are no leaks from the water heater. The tech is going to be here within a hour and it's free estimates!! Back to back problems lately sucks!

One good thing about renting is you don't get stuck with all those sorts of bills Hopefully it'll not be expensive

Luckily, we were able to fix it! Just cleaned the pilot of the water heater and it worked. :)

That is awful. It never seems to end with a house. I hope it's nothing big.

The people who went to check it out , estimated we needed a new one. But after they shut it off, and we turned it back on ~ it works fine. Weird...

@DianneN It's at my boyfriends place which is a rental home so we'll let the owners know.

@infatuatedbby That is strange. While it's working, I'd still start looking for a new one for the future.

He said we need a replacement. It's a costly one $2,700 estimated! But right now the system is off but it's working? No idea, let's see how it plays out.

I hate having issues like that too. it is hard for me to even pay my day to day expenses, and when a catastrophe like that happens...it is not cool!
