Blinding Light Show

We've got a pretty good lightning storm going on at the moment, one of those flashing sky lightning things, the kind of storm that stays in the sky rather than directing itself to the ground. We do have thunder, however. A blast just rattled my dining room window. It's really cool. In the meantime, enjoy the prog-rock of Canadian power trio Triumph. Rik Emmitt's guitar work is as stellar as ever.

I enjoy a good storm, as long as I am indoors. Once got caught in one while on a ride. Wet doesn't do justice to how damp I was!

@teamfreak16 I do tend to worry more about lightning. On my ride I was the tallest thing for miles and I was on top of a hill!

I hate when that happens because then you do not know when the sky is going to open up and it will all come down and hope you will not be out in it.

We're so used to it. I find it relaxing. Unless I'm out on my bike.

Nice guitar work. I would love some rain but I don't like lightening, it could cause fires.

I call Triumph just good old fashioned rock with a 70s sound. Nothing arty just ace musicians at work.

It's the middle of monsoons here and rains every now and then. Not much of storms though. Perfect weather for music and staying indoors with a steaming cup of coffee. Unfortunately if you are caught outdoors here by a sudden shower (in the middle of our traffic snarls), then it takes seconds to get into an irritable frame of mind.

The weather has been a bit unpredictable. The storms rolled in but there's no rain or thunderstorms now. Enjoy your Monday and your favorite entertainment.
