I have come to the conclusion that if I want to keep the teeth I have left in my mouth, to do help my self with natural stuff.
I have bentonite clay to make some toothpaste with.
I am not going to give a recipe to make it but I am going to say one thing, after I saw the guy on YouTube, he made is toothpaste with bentonite clay, brushed his teeth with and, swallowed his toothpaste.
One thing I know since I was young, my mom always used clay, you are not suppose to swallow it, because it will plug your digestive system.
What they don't tell you is that the only way to ingest clay is, by putting a teaspoon of clay in a full 8 ounces glass of water, let it sit all night and then in the morning, drink only the water not the clay sediment that settled in the bottom during the night. That's it. I hope it was helpful.

Huh, you say plug your digestive system? Whew, scary. I always used to swallow some toothpaste after brushing my teeth, just to have that fresh smell spread over your throat, it was bit gross tho i have to admit
