Good for you! Unfortunately as we get older things do not work quite that well. I imagine you will also build more muscles which will help you keep your weight loss going.

Need a trim body type not muscular type, so i do cardio, but and belly workout most of the time

Good that you lost some weight, i lose weight fast too, but the bad thing is if i don't exercise for a week or two, the results will fade out, and a belly fat will prepare to take over, so i must be in an exercise mode at least 3 times in the week.
