Most people don't even acknowledge veterans or if they do they think about 'Nam, Korea, or the big wars.
I noticed a young man the other day that you could tell was military. Honestly, the only reason I noticed him was because he was more polite than most and a tad friendlier. He looked like he was having a hard time adjusting back to civilian life.
I shook his hand and thanked him for his service. He had done two tours. I realized then that there is not enough help for vets to get adjusted to being civilians again and the trauma they went through just adds to their need for help.
How do you think we should help vets?

That's awesome from you i must say! Military affect great to soldier's personalities too. After all that's a lifetime experience. I think America should raise a project to fund the families of soldiers that have fallen down on the battlefield, that will encourage a lot of brave men to fight for their country.

Helping vets. War never seems to be over. Give something if only respect and friendship.
