Illicit intimacy

That's the whole problem, being with one person for the money and the house but not for the love. It's hard to find the perfect partner who has the money, is a good friend, a good spouse. Plus, the society don't allow to be with more than one partner, so, that's why people need to keep it as a secret and to pretend having a good life. By the way, do you have the Forever Spinner ? :-)

@stringer321 You are spot on , people make compromises in relationship for things which wont matter after 15-20 years later in one's life. For example if a doctor marries another doctor just thinking that doing this would help him/her professionally and economically(ignoring the compatibility factor) , then in such a case partners have understanding rather than love. So obviously they will look onto others for physical needs. However this is easier said than done, like you mentioned correctly its hard to find perfect partner, so people choose close to perfect. Anyways yeah i like this forever spinning totem from movie Inception as its one of my favorite movies :)
