Has anybody here tried losing weight through intermittent fasting? Please let me know if it works well for you.
Please also post before and after photos if you have them. Thanks!

It would work well only if you work out regularly.

There are different ways to do IF. I use the 16.8 method where you fast for 16 hours and have an 8 hour eating window. This works well for me and around my work/home life. I have lost weight doing this, but you won't lose weight or be healthy with IF unless you also make smart food choices and practice portion controls. If you say pig out for 8 hours on ice cream and cakes - you aren't any better off. I have switched to low carb and eliminated sugar and the difference is amazing only a month in. I feel good, I have higher energy and I have lost about 7.5 pounds since switching to low carb. I did IF before and didn't do any diet modifications, lost 7 pounds then and kept it off, but hit a plateau and didn't lose more. That's when I also added a low carb diet and now the pounds are starting to drop again pretty rapidly. IF does work if you make healthy choices while doing it and don't starve yourself and/or gorge during the open window. At first you may feel kind of bad as your body adjusts but that should go away in a few days.
