How do you deal with stress?

I undergo lots of stress on a daily basis and sometimes find it hard to cope. What are your ways to deal with stress? For me, I have this little ball that I try to squeeze. For some reason it helps me think. I also like to get things in order. Write down what I have to do, what existing work I have left. Then I plan out when I should complete it by. Then my mind is able to clear a little as I know what I have to do and by when.

@Joel7050 it helps when you have negative thoughts.. depression starts with negative thoughts. and asking "is it useful" helps a lot.
