Not often, after 5 years of Islamic studies and 2 of Buddhism, Im kinda calm. I dont often get angry with someone at all. have a nice day!

I do at times, and have to pull myself out of the situation that makes me mad and calm down. One of the things that ticks me off the most if people on here that post junk discussions and responses (not saying yours is one of them, yours is fine).

I get angry sometimes with my husband, but never to the point of screaming or swearing..... I try my best to stay calm or leave the situation if I have to.
