My son snores terribly. He finally had some sleep studies done and it turned out he has sleep apnea. So now he sleeps with one of those C Pap machines and it helps a lot. Sometimes, though, he throws it off unknowingly in the night. (Must be hard to get used to those things.) It was his fiance that "made" him see a doctor, lol. I'm sure the snoring was getting to her.
Do you feel rested when you wake up, or do you feel tired all day? That can be a sign of the apnea, continual tiredness. You may want to see someone and check it out.

Certainly. I even stop breathing in my sleep and sometimes I could not move, although I know I'm conscious.
