Taking in the silence. Just enjoying peaceful moments. Long periods with no distractions. Blessings all around. To be able to work without those silly hiccups is amazing. Sometimes there's some tip toeing in the virtual. Yes. Trying to ease on by noise makers. Almost like waiting for a baby to go to sleep. We all need peace. Who doesn't enjoy some peace. The main noise going on is the lawnmowers across the way. Breathing in and out. Appreciating to no nonsense kind of day. At least mostly no nonsense. It doesn't make sense to be expose to silliness all of the time. Oh the quietness is something to be enjoyed. Yes indeed.

Peace is needed and if going up to your room after you've eaten your breakfast then hide out there. No one should be consumed with stress.

Yes indeed. Enjoy silence. Being exposed to lots of noise continuously can make some unhappy.

I was just trying to think of when I was last in total silence. Not often, because my bird Piper sings all day long and Lollipop is chatting with him quite a bit. They're not very loud and I find the sound cheerful -- but it isn't total silence. Wow, I think I haven't been in total silence since the last time I went walking up at a flume we go to. Even then you can hear things off in the distance. And my friend and I were yakking a lot.

Silence, one of those things we get so little of. It is really good to take a walk in the nearly countryside, but the city sounds still intrude - mainly motor vehicles

Walks are great not in the heat though. Positive ways to find peace is also a blessing.

Peace and quiet help the mind reflect and it's a wonderful relaxation. It's a form of peace that one should enjoy, even if, for a moment. Quiet is to be enjoyed. I agree.

Appreciate peace. There's so many who find obtaining peace hard to do.

I also love reflecting in silence. It just makes you look inside yourself and your past actions and think of what matteras most in your life.
