Late Start to My Day

I just got here about an hour ago to get my Bible Study done and get started on here. This morning was a very busy one. As I've been doing all week, my day started in the pool. We followed that up - my son and I - with packing as much into the car as possible to bring over here, but first there was some shopping to do, a haircut to get and we opted for some fast food since it was already a very long day by the time all was said and done. So my son has a new pair of sandals that he's needed for a long time and I found myself a pair as well. I also got myself a bag for my swim gear as it made it hard to carry in my purse, even though my new purse is a nice big one. So now I have something for that and a new pair of sandals, and a good portion of what was ready to come over, sitting in my living room waiting for me to put in its new home. Since this is my son's day off he's at his girlfriend's until late, so I'm going to see how much I can get taken care of today. The next couple days are going to be busy, with the busiest being Saturday and Sunday. Saturday I take my son to the airport at 4 AM and that is followed up with my class reunion. So if I'm here it will be only for a very brief moment. Sunday is the church picnic, so I don't know if or when I'll get here. Next week I'll be busy finishing up the packing so we can make the final move the week my son gets home from Boston. So you might or might not see very much of me for the next week. Today has also been the hottest day this week so far. Just walking outside is like stepping into a furnace. Every pore just starts to drip. I saw that though the temp is 87F it feels like 95. We've also had some rain, if you want to call it that. It made the sidewalks and roads wet, but that was about it. That has been my day so far. Now it's time to get some interacting done before it's too far out of control I won't ever catch up. How has your day been? Thanks for reading.
