I used the public restrooms and was just thinking of this yesterday. Yes i wash my hands every time. When i use the public restroom, I always grab a paper towel and use it to turn on the sink, then wash my hands and use a paper towel to turn off the sink and use the paper towel to open the door. then throw it away. there are so many that dont wash their hands.
