Comfort Food on a Rainy Day

Imagining myself having a mug of hot chocolate or coffee with a good book and thick blanket on a rainy day makes me feel homey. Now, it has been raining for days in our country and it makes me think of lots of food and drinks aside from hot chocolate. As of now I am craving spicy chicken adobo and rice. Do you have special cravings during the cold weather too?

My country very hot because is summer now. And I miss the winter, but it's my passion for chocolate in all seasons

I like chocolates too but I am trying to avoid them now because I am trying to lose weight. I won't complain though if I would be given some. :)

I think I have special cravings all year long, lol. But yes, I definitely have more of an appetite when the weather's cold. Not happening here at the moment. I always pictured the Phillippines getting a lot of rain all year round. Which months are the ones where you don't get the rain?

Rainy season starts in June up to December. We have heavy rains this week. I makes it hard to go to the office dry.

Me too! But I don't enjoy them together. I just drink water when I am having soup then have tasty beverages with dry food. :) What kind of soup do you like?

I love to have some hot chocolate, curled up with a blanket and a good book :) As far as cravings, I always have cravings for something or another.. lol

Spicy and salty food tops my list when it is cold outside. Pair them up with rice and I am good. :)

Yes i take chicken most in cold weather and in morning I take hot coffee. I like to eat hot food in rainy weather.

I love having hot chocolate on a cold day! Potato soup is also delicious. The best part about rainy days is having a fuzzy blanket to curl up in.

We people love having pakodas and kachoris on rainy days with ginger tea. It is famous in our region.
