Headaches are common, everyone gets them. Caused by illness, stress etc.
Ginger can help along with cold compress to the head, lavender oil, flaxseed and flaxseed oil.
If natural aids don't work, try simple painkillers like paracetamol and ibuprofen.
What do you do for a headache?

I'm lucky in that I don't get many headaches. When I do, I take a plain aspirin and they usually work fine. I've had some sinus infections, though, really painful. When I get those sinus headaches, I switch to a clear liquid diet and I'll take a decongestant. The alka seltzer cold tablets you fizz in water are good. A couple times I had to go to the doctor and needed antibiotics. But that hasn't happened in many years.

Another sinus sufferer.. Glad you mentioned the Alka Seltzer cold tablets @Cinnamon because now here in Latvia we can get them too and I will be prepared when the autumn and winter sets in when my sinuses tend to act up a bit more.

@lovebeingmummy2 I'm one of the lucky ones I very rarely get headaches. In the autumn and winter I am the victim of the occasional sinus headache. I take ibuprofen if it's really bad or if not I usually sleep it off. I use a lot of ginger and garlic in my cooking and that also keeps us healthy.
