Todays world moves technically very fast..the reaction for technology development gives us insomneia..that is a disease of sleepless ..
It cause you feel hard to live..small problems thats shows you to big one..restless life..
The treatment for this disease is hearing some soothing sounds before go to bed..
Due to over stress i also suffered from this but iused to hear ocean sound for 30 minutes.it gives automaticaly my eyes are shut down..feel free now..

Peaceful sound leads to peaceful sleep. I use listening very soft music when feel insomniac.

I love to go to sleep with the sound of running water, too. The ocean waves, a river, or a babbling brook. Even the rain is nice to go to sleep to.
They have little machines or CDs of different sounds from nature that help people fall asleep. I'm lucky to not usually have sleep problems, but if I did, I would definitely try that.
