crumbs are killing me

My eish right now is my tommy having an issue with crums, damn can't cool it down, making me feel low and lazy, damn.

If you would explain the words eish and ' tommy ,I guessed tummy and is crums like crumbs I'm just trying to help as I think English is your second language.' So what I think you are saying is you ate something that's upsetting your tummy and making you feel uncomfortable am I right or close?
