I love coffee and I love drinking coffee!! Twice or 3 times a day of coffee or sometimes more :) But i have to stop for a moment cause it's making me more anxious. I haven't had coffee for like 5 days now and it's honestly difficult not to have caffeine :( i'm not really sure if NOT drinking coffee or what i'm going through right is making more anxious. Ohh life. Waiting for something so important is making me paranoid.
Caffeine oh my caffeine :(

I am not a coffee drinker. I will just drink a coffee if I think I am very sleepy but I need to be awake. I prefer to drink a chocolate, milk or tea. I have read also here in mylot that drinking coffee is not good for our teeth because it leaves stain on it.

I drink one large cup of black coffee first thing in the morning. I used to drink three or four cups a day. At some point drinking coffee later in the day started to give me insomnia. Anyway, I have to have it in the morning or I'll get a headache. So good thing I actually do enjoy it. It's one of those simple pleasures I won't give up unless it causes me some health problem. I hope your anxiety is eased soon however it's done.

I do for about 2 years now. I use an espresso (over a cook stove) to brew my ground coffee. I read from researches that coffee has health benefits.

@therealmaryyy maybe, but I prefer a slightly bitter coffee, in addition, to reduce glucose

I always start my morning with 2 cups of coffee, enough to keep me awake and productive for the rest of the day.
